These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the use of the Droom Express Private Limited website located at www.droomex.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Services Offered:

Droom Express Private Limited provides relocation services, including packing, moving, loading, unloading, and transportation of goods. The services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in the service agreement between Droom Express Private Limited and the customer.

Car Transport:

In the event that a car carrier is unavailable to complete the transportation of the vehicle to the destination specified by the customer following pickup, the company shall initiate a refund within 7 days, subject to the deduction of any applicable pickup and delivery charges, as well as any taxes outlined in the invoice.

2-Wheeler Transport:

A team member will ride the 2-wheeler to our warehouse for packing. After packing is completed, we will share photos of the packed 2-wheeler with you. If the 2-wheeler is not in running condition, a tempo will be required for pickup, and the actual tempo charges will be applicable in addition.

Website Usage:

a) The Website is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the Website for any unauthorized purpose.

b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

c) Droom Express Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

User Obligations:

a) You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Website.

b) You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities on the Website.

c) You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself.

d) You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable.

Intellectual Property:

a) All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Droom Express Private Limited And is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b) You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without prior written consent from Droom Express Private Limited.

Privacy Policy:

Your use of the Website is subject to Droom Express Private Limited' Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability:

a) Droom Express Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the services provided.

b) Droom Express Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your goods during the packing, moving, or transportation process, except as otherwise provided in the service agreement.

Liability for Loss or Damage

In the event of loss or damage, contact the insurance provider within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation is the sole responsibility of the insurer; Droomex is not liable for insured shipments.

Uninsured Damaged Items: Droomex does not provide compensation for damaged items that were not insured at the time of booking.

Uninsured Lost Items: As a goodwill gesture for lost items only, liability is capped at the declared value or INR 2,000, whichever is lower.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Droom Express Private Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurgaon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments:

Droom Express Private Limited reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Cancellation Policy:

INR 1000 will be deducted as cancellation charges from the booking amount.
Zero refund if less than 2 days prior to move date.
Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 7 days.
In case of cancellation after the pickup, the customer will be liable to pay pickup charges for packing, labor, vehicle, docket, or any other expenses incurred.
